  1. Multicollinearity and interaction terms were checked and not found. Hosmer–Lemeshow test (P = 0.215). The classification table was 70.3%, and the predicted probability with the ROC curve was 80.4% (95% CI: 72.1%, 88.7%, P value < 0.001)
